Prof. Marieke de Hoon, Patroon & the MH17 legal website 

What is it? 

A website developed by Marieke de Hoon and PILPG (she is NL Country Director) together with design agency Patroon for the families of MH17 victims, requested by Stichting Vliegramp MH17. The website uses text and legal design to present and explain the complex legal procedures and timelines in an accessible way for non-legal experts.

What makes it interesting for this RPA? 

It is another great example of partnerships between law & design to make legal knowledge accessible to the general public. It also demonstrates the way these partnerships can inform public participation in legal processes.
